KURA RIVERFRONT · TBILISI · EAGLE HILLS
Eagle Hills' ~600-hectare master plan along the Kura River: residences, townhouses, and villas set amid the preserved natural landscape of the Ponichala reserve.
About the Project
Tbilisi Waterfront is the largest development project in Tbilisi's history, brought to life by Eagle Hills, the company founded by Emaar Properties founder Mohamed Alabbar. The roughly 600-hectare master plan along the Kura River in the Krtsanisi district will combine residential neighborhoods, a business district, hotels, and cultural spaces.
The project calls for 3,500 multi-family residences, 2,800 townhouses and villas, plus 450 hotel rooms and branded residences. Apartments start from 55 m², townhouses in the Eden and Meadows collections from 215 m², and villas from 293 m².
The development carefully preserves the Ponichala reserve and existing greenery, while a multi-kilometer riverfront promenade will become a new public space for the city.
